Vintage 2019 | apricot from Viognier is dominant in smell, while a certain souplesse and earthiness from Chardonnay is present in taste. Happy marriage of two grapes. Went well with codfish and broad beans, asparagus and samphire. Nice wine. | at Élevé

Viognier brings a bit of a smokey note to it, rather taste dependant. For an apéro it's not the best choice.
