Aug 14th, 2021Traditional style Savagnin. Aged under flor (sous voile) for about 3 years, half the time required for Vin Jaune. It’s like a mini Vin Jaune, with a complex, quite intense nose, lots of spicy aromas. Sharp, mineral on the palate. Lively, vibrant, very tasty (sapidité). Great length, hazelnuts flavors. Extraordinary value
