Enticingly smoky nose with a suave palate entry and some funky white pepper. Light bodied enough to dig in to. Alcohol juts out a bit on the finish, but this is another Languedoc surprise. Cinsault can be quite elegant (in comparison to other southern rhone red varietals). Makes me want to taste pure Cinsault.
