Côtes du Rhône Villages Vieilles Vignes Red Rhone Blend

Plenty of stone, red plum, red currants, and iodine aromas. Cherry liqueur, red plums, cherry pits, and teen olive flavors. The tannins are sleek and this is just hitting stride.

A bit dried up. Pleasant but lighter than expected.

Nice little young. Took a while to open

Decent wine. Quite high tannins that worked well with a lasagna. I would personally wish for it to have slightly more berries in both smell and taste.

Lots of plum, some apple. Nice long finish. I like this better than the Rasteau 1921 version.

Predominantly Syrah, fruit, with some nice earthiness. Biodynamic, I think
