Cooked green apple with slate and a herbaceous note. Palette comes up a bit watery and a bit chalky but not in a good way. Feels a little hollow.

Beautifully dry / honey nosed Chablis .
Classic french-style Great with seafood but one of those wines that's also very good without food ! Enjoy it on a warm Sunday afternoon! - I have done so!!!!
