This is 100% Syrah. Tons of black pepper and not showing it’s age at all.

Black olives on the nose, followed by sweet blackberries. At a wonderful place right now.

Smooth and balanced but on its last legs! Lots of sediment. Better the second day

Still a good balance of acid and tannin and very smooth. Cellartracker suggests it is outside its drinking window but this is a mistake. Refined and could age further. Lovely wine.

Bought this gem in Paris a few years back. Still wonderful, no decanter necessary.

Drank with Jon Parry. Good substantial wine. Deep complex wine but not clear good value for money £15 from Emma . French regional - langue doc rousillion.
