The second vintage I’ve tried from the Le Sot De L’Ange Pet Bat contribution to the La Boutanche project. It’s, like last year, extremely good and a clear step above the other winemakers. A steal at $20. Vanilla biscuit m sourdough and lemon. No extreme turns this year.
