Small production Gewurtztraminer aged in neutral French oak barrels. Pale straw color. Aromas and flavors of pear, lychee, citrus with hints of tropical fruit, ginger, mineral and honey. Not very floral or spicy. A bit of a creamy texture (lees aging?). Somewhat flat and watery. The oak is a little too noticeable/present for my liking. Not sure it works for this varietal. Interesting to try.
