Funk up front. Blows off quick. Peppery. Anise. Earth. Smooth. What a nice wine to finish the night with!

Pleasant and so rustic. Fun.

2013 en 2016. Charred. C'est bien.

Opened 03/2016 - perhaps in the process of beginning a long slumber. Bright dark fruit, spice, some meatiness on the nose, with a generous, clean, velvety finish with light acidity, herbal, and tingling smoky notes. Has lots of life in it to evolve.
