To the wine-store clerk who told me last month there's no such thing as a red you can pair with scallops, I present La Part Du Colibri, I think you know what to do with it...(drink it!). Light bodied bright, tart fruit clears out quick to make room for delicate food. A red so perfect for drinking with scallops, they should rename it "Vindication" (drops mic).

100% Abouriou (rare variety). No additions of sulphites or inputs; just the grape, the terroir and the winemaker. Pretty purple little intense dress. Nose of small red fruits, acidulated, slightly peppery. Young wine, light, fruity. Beautiful balance in the mouth, lack can be a hint of acidity for my taste, but the duration is interesting. Regarding the price, it is very very good wine, very well done. It will be able to replace white wines to associate with the products of the sea: fish, oysters, crustaceans. it will be appreciated on cheeses of goat or cow a little creamy.
