Notes of lemon cello and honeysuckle, perhaps green apple jelly rancher. The mouth is light and refreshing, with a pleasant tart finish. I almost taste some slight toasted oak on the finish, but it’s 100% stainless steel. Great with food or by itself. For the price, it’s a solid Macon-Charnay.
