Very rich, almost atypical for Chablis

Screw cap. A little reductive initially. Some stalky, herbal character at finish. Not much depth.

Chablis at its richest and most sensational. There's oak, but it's heightened by the acidity and austere fruit flavours. Drink with salmon.

Very pretty, open, light salty almond, vanilla, lemon peel, good floral notes and minerality, light phenolics, good texture and balance. Very good

Outstanding blend of Grand Crus from Laroche. Don't know if I would call this Chablis in a blind tasting but still excellent

Full of salinility. Rich with oak.

Definitely one of the best Chablis I ever had thanks to Domaine Laroche to make this magic Reserve de l'Obedience on the Blanchots Grand Cru ! I will get more another time :p
