Mineral, Asian pear, light underripe orchard fruits, flinty.

Great complexity. Zesty, pinching acid. Like a taut bicep.

Orchard fruits, slight stone fruits, mineral for sure, nice creamy texture. Gravelly and sumptuous. Elegant. Beautiful.

Long finish.
