Feb 2nd, 2021Still lovely color for this lovely Syrah from Montpeyroux, this is definitely showing some serious brett, leather, barnyard, beneath that is some lovely complexity, but haters of brett at any level WILL HATE this wine.

This is the perfect pairing for buffalo hot wings. I know the French would be appealed but the pepperyness adds flavor and the sourness gets sweeter with the vinegar.
