Very nice, delicate yet clean and refreshing. Subtle pear and light citrus (lemon? Lime?). I found it quite 'German' definitely a do-again

Hey, it's white Savoie, no surprises here. Bright, pure, refreshing fruit with just the slightest little prickle of gas that sort of gives it some of the same textural crunch as the crystals in a block of cheese.
