Watching "Heat" at home and had an urge to cook a post dinner snack. Made scrambled egg french style, cooked slow in a double boiler with butter, Normandy salt & pepper, sprinkled chives on top. This wine is perfect with that. 2010 vintage.

Really nice. Blackberry and blueberry with white pepper, leather, forest floor and dirt with nice medium tannins.
