Lovely bouquet of bright red fruit. Lively and fresh on palate though 10 yrs of age. Lively medium finish. Can taste the gamay.

Starts with some tannins, then a silky, velvety blast of dark cherry, blackberry - you can drink this by itself, as we are, or with food - hopefully there will be some left for our Iris Roast Chicken..
