Enjoyable CdRV from the Valréas village in the Rhône valley. I tasted this blind and honestly thought it was Pinot noir, cherry, red fruit, stewed strawberry. Leather and tobacco are slight on the back end, very slight. The tannins are soft, I truly believe there is the perfect amount of age on this bottle. Would buy again and a fun bottle to blind taste with people.

I had good hopes for this, but it turned out to be waaaay ripe and jammy. Just not my style.

Tons of lavender followed by cow shit. Some sulfur at first but it seems to add character. Mellows out quite a bit. Been burned by too many mediocre CdR lately but digging this one.
