3 hours + in a decanter this time so that the funky barnyard stuff goes away. The nose is pretty neat and smells like young Syrah mostly : pepper, blackberry, garrigue, olive, a gamey touch too. The palate is more on the Syrah side too but the gamay touch is quite sensible: a touch of cherry and a bit of a metal dimension. Very quaffable again with the fruit and the acidity of the wine getting all the light.

Jan 19th, 2018The nose is a mix of Syrah and gamay : pepper, blackberry, cherry, metal. I had to put it in a decanter for about 3 hours and shake it quite a bit because the first nose was a mix between a toilet in the sun and a dead animal corpse. The palate is very round and fruity with said characteristics of the varietals: cherry, blackberry, pepper. Lots of fruits and roundness. What an apero, natural wine. Kudos to Patrick bouju and friends (action Bronson and clovis orchin). It's all marketing and stuff but a good testimony and introduction to natural wines. F**k that's delicious
