Crunchy and sweet with wonderful freshness and purity. Lip smacking succulence. Dark cherries on the nose with air and such lift! Great depth and concentration and such friendly, sapid fruit.

May 7th, 2024Bottled 2 days ago. So showing awkward. gorgeous nose and so mineral and sleek. lipstick like intensity. juicy and clean, sleek and ripe. 12.5% alcohol. earth dust and tree bark, really elegant and soft, juicy and clean.

Jul 21st, 2023What a nose. Huge early to mid season red cherry. Nothing black here. Loads of dusty earth and just so classic and appealing. Palate is so juicy and full of energy and red cherry fruit. Teeming with energy and sap. Wow this is like 96! So classic and timeless. Lovely note of earth on the palate nose that is echoed on the palate. Ripe tannin and so so juicy. Wonderful wine. As classic as it gets. Nose with air gets crazy. Cherry flower, florals of other sorts and fruit is more expansive and brambly.

May 26th, 2023What fruit! Stanky red and black cherries. Great clarity and so vivid. Stunning Cabottes. Great tangy black cherry fruit and terrific intensity and purity. Really clear vivid fruit. Nose also has gorgeous florals and earth. 19 reds rock. Such freshness and volume. Sweet and ripe tannins. Seriously great value burg here. Awesome gamey element coming through with air.

Dec 29th, 2020Best young Cabottes ever. Knockout nose of lipstick like intense bright and vivid cherry fruit. Lovely earth tones as well. Really jumps out of the glass. Palate is decadent and ripe with awesome mid season cherry fruit and great richness allied with just ridiculous freshness. Great. 18 so good at lower levels for early drinking. What a mid palate and terrific balance. Julien nailed this.

Really amazing fruit starts to develop after 30-40 minuets. Just huge fruit with terrific energy, volume and amplitude. Fresh and pure with just a hint of rusticity. Can short term age for 3-5 years as well. Hard to keep hands off.

Medium reddish purple. Dark berries, pomegranate, and dried leaves on the nose. Tart cherry and cranberry fruit with pleasant minerality on the palate. Firm acidity and only 12.5% ABV. Really nice value Burgundy.

Apr 25th, 20192017 Burgundy is awesome and there is plenty of it. Big, open fruity nose of cherry essence. So clean. So aromatic. Sour cherries and almost high toned. Stunningly juicy and sweet with awesome texture, depth and freshness. Great acidity. Terrific wine.
