2014 rosé of Picpoul Noir from the Languedoc. Copper minerality and bright acidity. Savory saline quality in the overall mouthfeel.

Very persistent rosé. Some fruit. Some grit. Biggish. Grape skins. Plum skins chewed until bitter. Delicious. Thanks Alice Feiring.
