Dark, earthy, and rustic. Nose is all funk, meat, and minerals. Palate juicy and showing much more life. Needs some time to wake up. Day 2/3 showing much more expressive nose. Crushed black cherry, blood orange, beets, wet earth, sandalwood, black licorice
