Toasted popcorn kernels on the verge of popping, coconut, golden raisin, white yogurt on nuts, nougat, unripe pineapple, light canteloupe, stewed pear, steely minerality, roasted nuts, L-M bodied on the palate with M+ acid and a dry, tart finish. Complex and interesting. Delicious. 4.0
