Pet' Nat Muscat

A weird, fun wine. At once sweet and salty. Sickly candy but backed with structure. Intriguing. I don't think I've had a wine quick like it. Enjoyed at the Brooklyn home of dear friends.

A fun party wine. Habanero mango jam, quince, Hawaiian Punch, and strawberry pie. Minimal effervescence on the palate, with gobs of ripe red fruits. I'd happily drink this but it's a bit tiring after the first bottle, I can't imagine drinking it all the time.

I love Isabelle and Jean Luc from Jolly Ferriol. They are the best. And the wines are beautiful. Real good this year. Worth the trip just for another chat. That pet nat will disappear once it's released. Best yet.

Best pet'nat of the year! Ginger, flowery tea, yeasty. It feels fresh and ripened at the same time. Makes me keep sniffing. Loved it!

NYE grape witches. Magnum. So good

Tropical jam, elderflower, a couple of bubbles. Makes one dance and flail and trip and slip and laugh. This is Cinderella wine - you feel like an elegant princess even though you showed up in a pumpkin and ran around with only one shoe on and you talk to mice.

Bonkers & delicious in equal measure. Sparkling muscat in the most natural of forms... super dry, hint of a salty edge on the finish but loads of peachy fruit in the middle. Fab

Killer pairing with this Annie's shells & white cheddar.

Heavy stone fruit. Vin natural goodness.

Nose of a sour ale, beautiful cloudy yellow. Cider like but dry, with subtle sweet undertones on the finish. Very interesting natural bubbly!
