Not a beginners wine! This is as bold and hard hitting a white as I’ve had. Grown in granite soil plots of the Northern Rhône, it is mineral and acid forwards with a lasting finish. I wish I enjoyed it with some food, especially a sharp cheese and charcuterie and hope to do so in a second tasting.
