The rare Savigny Les Beaune Blanc from GIRARD. I love this wine. Big, expansive nose, hints of sweet oak, ripe pears and apples. Gorgeous underpinning of minerality. Palate has such good energy, with some richness and loads of fruit. I love 17 white burg. This is terrific. Good freshness, finesse and delineation. So clean. Great showing.
