For a split second I thought we had jumped the gun an it was open to early but as it developed in the glass the tannins softened and it became very giving. A wonderful bottle, from a producer I have never had.

Mature women always present themselves with a sense of complexity and finesse that I can't help but sniffing everything in their structural existence. 10 years in age this 2005 beauty has left me wanting more and getting more with each return. Sometimes it's difficult to understand the hype behind Bourgogne, but in this case I get it. No need for flavor profiles. If you see this, grab it and enjoy with loved ones..:. Or people@you know will get it
