Pale golden colour with an inviting nose of gentle lemon and honey notes. A very elegant but not overly luxurious mouthfeel - smooth and a little oily but more dilute than a Montrachet but quite refreshing because of it. The taste echoes the nose, if with a little more emphasis on the lemon and some butter, which allows it to cut through food well. Recommended.
