Apr 29th, 2020Vintage 1988 | opened without expectations. It’s a fragrant and delicate Old Lady! Pinot noir 32 years old: a smell with brushwood, truffle and plums. From a modest origin. Surprise, still very drinkable and no odd signs of wine that has passed away. I am lucky. | Paired with pasta porcini. It makes my day.
