I can not understand these other ratings. Maybe it's a context / weather / temperature / glass vessel / needle cartridge etc etc... Who knows. All I know is that this ruled the weekend. Absolutely superb!!

Funk, funk and more funk

Ruined me. No other cider comes close...

Savory, dry, unfiltered funk. Apple saison.

Another ripper cidre from Domaine J. Cécillon, rustic farmhouse funk, incredible tannins, vanilla, caramel goodness, bottle disappearing way too quickly.

Great different brut cider, very dry and mineral

We switched to a 2014 cider Delishhhh!
