Blanc Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits Chardonnay

A complete surprise. This could easily pass as village or 1er Cru. Taut, nervy, and pure. A domaine I'm now going to watch very closely.

Good on night 1, but a world better on the 3rd. Developed lots more weight and roundness without loosing too much acidity. Really fantastic surprise.

Forgetting exact details but remember good melons, acid, lime, mineral and balance I think

Probably the best Bourgogne Chardonnay I've had in the past six months. Golden apple and slightly roasted aroma.

Color: bright straw yellow
Nose: very rich and delicate bouquet of vanilla, honey, quite ripe stone fruit
Palate: rich flavours of citrus and vanilla, very rounded, balanced and fresh. Also a bit of oak, just enough. Medium body and acid finish. Superb!

Lovely, complex, great-value Chardonnay.

상큼한 기운. 약한 쇼블같은 느낌? 청사과. 라이트한 바디감. 산도는 튀지않고 적절. 그러나 뉴질 쇼블이 개인적으로는 낫다.

Savory.... Green olives and minerals. Great value
