Good on night 1, but a world better on the 3rd. Developed lots more weight and roundness without loosing too much acidity. Really fantastic surprise.

Color: bright straw yellow
Nose: very rich and delicate bouquet of vanilla, honey, quite ripe stone fruit
Palate: rich flavours of citrus and vanilla, very rounded, balanced and fresh. Also a bit of oak, just enough. Medium body and acid finish. Superb!
