May 7th, 2015Initially funky nose yielding to red fruit over 30-45 minutes. Good color. Flavors of red fruits with earthy notes. Very appealing. Well balance with a way to go. A really good effort.
With troll Alaska king smoked on cedar, chanterelles and fig chutney. Farewell dinner for Linda Pham.
