Hard to resist, Montrachet. Still so beautiful after all this time.

Really good. And not premoxed! This is not one of those fat heavyweight Montrachets. It didn't seem like a huge change in expression from the Chablis for example. It was clearly more layered but the style here was very bright, pure, and crunchy.
