Nose is not that expressive yet.
The palate is gorgeous, round, full viscosity & waxy. Meyer lemon, green apple with a slight bruise, pineapple, lime flesh, grapefruit w/ pith, green melon and white stone fruits. Cheese cloth, honey notes, very light, fresh herbs, beautiful chalk & limestone marl, sea fossils, sea spray, light ginger, spring flowers, jasmine, excellent, round acidy and a well made, balanced, polished, elegant finish that last near two-minutes and lands on white spice.
