My first picpoul. For price point and style, comparable to Muscadet. Maybe a bit more body. This one has a silky texture, subtle but present acidity, and an interesting aroma and flavor of mustard seed.

Picpoul is never mind blowing, but this was refreshing and paired nicely with artichokes, which can be tricky.
