Amazing wine! An appellation close to Châteauneuf-du-Pape and a lot cheaper.
Raspberries, blueberries, herbs and cedar. Lighter bodied with lots of tannin (Barolo-esque?) and acidity. Paired with carbonara and it was dandy 🥰
