Opened directly into decanter....but stole a first sip - bright cherry and pretty intense menthol out of the gate - felt illegal so waited and hour for second sip, which still had the cherry but menthol turns to soap, just overly intensely perfumed. Waited four hours. Super soft earth and delicate fruit, gorgeous with a pork shoulder. Demure, even coy - you have to keep finding it.
