Sep 20th, 2017Domaine Guiraud les Gallimardes Blanc 2013: Grenache, Clairette, Roussanne and Bourboulenc. Friendly, floral, light acacia notes, lavander, gentle, maybe the most simplistic, a bit quiet of my tasting, a licorice touch on top.

With vindaloo and karahi from Sakina Halal. 25% roussanne, 25% grenache blanc, 25% bourboulenc, and 25% clairette. Aged in stainless steel except for roussanne. Acid balances out the oak after a couple hours. Memories of engagement night 14 months ago.
