Cuvée Grande Expression and again am impressive aged Corsican white. Nice medium yellow color with nose of melons and white floral slight oxidative notes and balanced palate. Great with Evan’s fried fish!

Jul 19th, 2022A new batch 10 years younger than first encounter with 2004. Pale yellow and bright acidity straw minerals white stone fruits on nose carrying through to biting lively texture and finish. Certainly easy decade to mellow out!

Sep 13th, 2021First experience of aged Corsican white, Grande Expression 100% Malvosie (Vermentino). Cuvée Grande Expression. Light yellow and complex earthy ripe white fruits with minerals. Acidic lean but balanced palate and firm texture with bite in finish. Great with Evan’s fish taco. AA14.
