Quite quiet and subtle, decanted for 3h to start showing.
Yellow apple, ripe lemon, nice minerality, a touch of hazelnut & rye bread. Shy, subtle, calm. Nothing ostentatious here.
On the palate this is on the leaner side, great depth & precision, zingy acidity, full of energy. Slim, focused and, frankly, quite austere.
Dangerously drinkable but was hoping for a bit more.
