A distinctive Sauv Blanc from a cold area in the west of Chablis, France. Solid notes of Quincy and hints of lime. Very savory, lingering finish, loved the progression and the clean yet elegant texture. The Wet crushed pebbles make it decent dry as well. Paired it with a grilled mahi mahi fish plate.
