Tobacco, sour cherry and black cherry, with dusty minerality and a little black pepper. Very well balanced. I had it with roasted tuna and roasted asparagus, with lots of garlic and olive oil. It was very nice.

Cherries, plums, herbs, lil dusty. Initially feels like it's going to be huge, big mouthful, but it isn't at all. Neat.
