Wow - this wine was delicious - concentrated dark fruit, earth, leather and some herbal qualities. 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre. Paired with a 72-Hour Short Rib with Butternut Squash, Parsnip, and Hoisin Jus. At Will (Philadelphia BYOB) for a Bacchus Society dinner.
