Took a couple of days to really show its stuff, but ultimately a delicious bottle showing velvety dark fruit with some olive, smoky, and mineral notes. Terrific for the modest price.

Terrific syrah from northern Rhone. Very representative of the region. Does not push the boundaries much but perfectly encapsulates what you'd like from a french syrah with elegance and structure.
