The 2015 Chablis Les Butteaux 1er Cru was actually ordered from the list at "Au Fil du Zinc" restaurant. What a fabulous Chablis! Oyster shell and slivers of white peach on the nose, a hint of orange pith developing later – the aromatics have wonderful definition. The palate is beautifully balanced with a slightly viscous texture, veins of white peach and apricot with an underlying mineralité to maintain tension. Wonderful! (Neal Martin, Vinous, August 2018)
