Purple hue with secondary ruby notes. Candied black and red fruit, fig, smoked meat, peat, spices, black pepper, and cedar on the nose. Lively on the palate with spices, fresh dill, and noticeable tannins. Lovely cab from lovely Santa Cruz. Rich and interesting without being over extracted. Medium plus body, medium acidity. Rich, earthy, and fruity.
