Celebrating the arrival of Madeleine with a NY Strip roast. A complex Bordeaux blend. A lot of life left, great nose of red berries, cedar, olive brine, and dill. Great mix of tart and ripe dark berries on the palette. This would go with a lot of beef dishes, especially roasts or steaks.
