Oak, spice, and cherry on the nose, initially thought it smelled new world but the oak burned off. High acid and tannins, tastes fruity, lots of cranberry...rustic and elegant at the same time, can tell it’s a village wine from a great producer. VERY long finish. Young, but wouldn’t drink past 2022
