Domaine Dujac
Morey Saint Denis Pinot Noir
As usual, extremely suave and polished for a village wine. Juicier and not quite as dense or fleshy as the 2012, but that's to be expected. Teases with exotic spice aromas for a few minutes before switching gears to more customary cherry fruit character - not even the usual brown spices, much further afield than mere oak seasoning - brings to mind things like ginger and cardamom. No overt wood or stems here.
