Côtes de Gascogne Moelleux Gros Manseng

2017 vintage. Big aromatic citrus nose. Mouth watering acidity, yet pretty balanced. Spicy gooseberry. Fruit comes out more in the finish. Medium bodied. Comparable to a less briny Muscadet. Long finish. Very dry. Great for seafood. Classified on Delectable as ‘Moelleux’, but really doesn’t taste sweet at all. Great food wine or drinking in the hot sun wine.
